The UI-3480ML is fitted with the 4.92 megapixel CMOS sensor (MT9P031STM) from ON Semiconductor. About half an inch in size, the sensor delivers a resolution of 2560 x 1920 pixels as well as rolling and global start shutter features. The sensor is extraordinarily sensitive and is a real megapixel CCD replacement. The various shutter modes provide ideal parameters for every application to produce sharp, low-noise images.
Extension ring CS-mount to C-mount
The CS-mount version comes with an extension ring which enlarges the flange back distance by 5 mm. This allows use of C-mount lenses with the camera.
